Desiree Delgado

Desiree V. Delgado is an accomplished executive with more than 35 years of experience in finance, compliance, healthcare, media, government, and nonprofit leadership. As Chief Financial and Compliance Officer, she has built a distinguished career leading organizations, developing compliance programs, and driving operational excellence across multiple industries.

A dedicated community leader, Ms. Delgado has served on the Golden Heart Foundation Board since 1998 and founded Generation iDay, an educational initiative that has inspired more than 10,000 students through STEM and aviation awareness programs. Her commitment to service has earned her numerous honors, including her commission as a Rear Admiral of the Texas Navy Association and the Presidential Lifetime Achievement Award.
